I'm getting ready to do the upgrade to 10.5, but am planning to do an Archive & Install because I've got some pretty funky things going on with my 10.4 install and would like to start fresh. I've got a Bootcamp partition on my drive... if I do an Archive & Install, will this mess up my Bootcamp partition? Will the version of Bootcamp in Lepoard be able to see it and work with it?

No and yes.

No, as long as you do an archive and install it won't have any effect on your Bootcamp partition.

And yes, your Bootcamp partition should still work fine with the newly (re-)installed OS; since it's on its own partition, it's just a matter of selecting that when you're rebooting, as usual.

Remember that Bootcamp is essentially just a set of drivers and a partitioning utility--Leopard itself doesn't even need to know the Windows partition exists so long as the firmware can find it.
