Is there a way to copy fonts from one system and deploy them via apple remote desktop?

I think it would be a lot easier to do then walking around with a dvd and copying the fonts over.

    Thanks everyone.

To copy from the client system, you can use a cp command (to a network share), or (usually easier) take control of the screen, find the fonts, and drag them onto your own desktop. Then, use ARD's copy command to place them in /Library/Fonts. They'll be accessible to all users on the machine.

An easier approach would be to install the fonts on the ARD master, then select your machines, select the copy items command, Apple+click the fonts you want to place, then select the "same relative location" and "do not overwrite if present". Even easier is to copy the entire folder of fonts and select "don't replace".
This of course assumes the fonts are legal copies.
I have a Workgroup Manager admin station that houses every piece of software, font, picture, etc. we own, and I keep it up to date. That way it's a one-stop-shop for everything we do.

Give Radmind a look. Yes it even makes my head spin but I envy the campus Mac administrator that uses it.

Well, I might just be one to envy soon (though not campus-based). Always love a new set of tools, this might be perfect for the guest machines in the office.
