iPad Are 3G iPads available on launch day?

Yes, 3G, 4G hasn't hit my part of the UK countryside yet.

I want to go a queue overnight for the first time for the iPad air but I have heard a few people say that the cellular iPads aren't available at launch.

Is this true?

Depends on which launch you look back to; I think the ipad1 had a split release but don't recall any of the others being split.

Unless they said something otherwise during the announce, I'd expect them all to be available at the same time.
