Are Active Calories Accurate?

    Active and resting calories are both estimates. They're there for encouragement and give one a general idea of how well they're doing. This is what every activity tracker is made for. The closest someone can get to an accurate reading at this point and time is a medical exercise ECG.

    With that said, I'm sure Apple's working on improving the readings as some of them are quite out there.
