Do you have the originals anywhere?
AFM was a necessity to convert industry standard font files to something the fantastic Windows could understand.
 
AlexisV: Originals? I have the .afm/.inf/.pfb/.pfm formats if that's what you mean.

Blue Velvet: So are there any software solutions that can simply add functionality to OS X so that it can read these fonts? Conversion of formats sounds like a process where something can be lost or altered in the conversion. I saw that Adobe Type Manager doesn't seem to be available for OS X.
