I remember back when the Late 2016's came out Apple clarified the two right side TB3 ports were limited to 20GB/s. Does anyone know if that's still the case with the 2020 13"? I can't find anything on Apple's website.

That hasn’t been a difference in side to-side Thunderbolt speed since at least the 2018 models, but remember there are only 2 Thunderbolt buses on the computer, so you won’t get 40Gbps out of all 4 ports.
