iPhone XS Are all the iPhone XS issues Fixed?

Im looking into upgrading my 64GB iPhone 8 because of no storage left, I was thinking about buying a 256GB iPhone XS but its a really steep purchase $1600CAD before tax, and reading about LTE and Wifi issues doesn't make my decision any easier!

Are all the issues fixed on this device?
