Multi-Touch requires zero pressure on the glass to work. The very lightest touch, is more than enough. If you're pressing so hard that it rocks, then you need to re-assess your technique.
Oh I see so none of you ever put it on a table when you're at your desk and use it that way?
The original iPhone was great. Flat back, stayed on a table perfectly.
This new one, curved back, rocks back and forth everytime I tap the screen anywhere other than the exact centre.
Pathetic.
My iPhone doesnt stay attached to my ear when I let go of it. How lame is that? I mean its a phone for fecks sake you're supposed to use your ears right? It should come with some kind of head strap or something. I'm taking mine back!![]()
I use a few rubber bands around my head to fix the iPhone over my ear, they are quite tight so I always get my wife to help me; she pulls the rubber bands away from my face, I slip the phone in and presto! Normally I keep it there all day and night (until I need a shower). The only problem is that I can't use the dock to recharge it or sync it. But I simply hook it up with the usb cable and keep my head close to the computer. It works a treat.

And what's with this sudden trend of SHOUTING in thread titles? it's getting annoying
