Unless the developer submits different apps for each model, all iOS apps are the same size regardless of iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 5, or iPhone 6.

Apps must be bigger otherwise they must not look as sharp if they're just optimized for bigger devices.

same app package distributed to each device. so apps for iphone 5s are getting better too
