Are AT&T activation servers down? LOL

For those who have tried 40+ times, do you think it was the 41st try or the 3 hours that passed trying to activate that really did the trick?

just got off the phone with att, they said its an approx 3 hour wait for activation...smh

I just got my phone a few minutes ago put in my old sim card since the phone was on my wife's account and turned it on. all done no sweat.

so I watied and tried, and waited and tried. Finally I gave up for a few hours and then tried one last time before I go to dinner. Bam it goes through. Now I"m basically figuring how much of the data sync I can get through before I cut the sync off. Hopefully I can get my apps on there and then wait till later for the music.

Mine finally goes through and then says "invalid sim. Insert sim that came with your phone."
