I have a windows partition on my mac for school use. I was wondering if there were any issues after updating to El Capitan with anyones partitions? I rather save myself a headache trying to set it all up again.

Thanks

Well I had probs with installing the betas due to a mismatched partition error and am glad to report there were no such errors on installing the public release.
Now, I haven't tried to boot into Windows 10 yet but looking in Finder my windows partition is intact so foresee no problems.

I updated to El Capitan and now I can't set the boot drive as Windows from the Mac side, although I can boot into Windows from the boot sequence by holding down the Alt key.
Once I'm in Windows I can the set the boot drive to Mac, a bit weird, but it still all works except for that Mac side glitch.

I actually had the same glitch with Yosemite I thought it was odd but if it works I don't mind. I usually used the alt key too
