Are Captain America and Thor in iCloud?

I have them purchased in my library (Through Digital Copies) but when i look under the purchased area on my Apple TV they don't appear.... I can see Iron Man 2, which is also Marvel, so why wouldn't Thor and Captain America be available in the cloud?

Not sure but Marvel is not the studio, it's Paramount.
