Are displayed MyWi speeds true?

I'm getting 7.28 down and 2.06 up here in NW DC. Seems pretty fast to me. Is this accurate?

Download the speedtest app to find out. If your speeds are the same then you'll know for sure.

The fastest that HSPA can go is 7mbps down I believe so that 7.38 you're getting is sketchy.
