Are iCloud Tabs Working Properly?

I’m still on 18.6 on my devices where iCloud tabs has been working extremely well for me. But I’ve seen at least one report about phantom tabs appearing again, at least with 26 beta 1. This was a major problem for me when ios 18 was initially released and I really do not want to go back to those issues. So are tabs, phantom or otherwise, working properly in these betas?
