Are iMessage and FaceTime down?

Hey guys 🙂

Are iMessage and FaceTime down? I get "Waiting for activation" on both, in the UK. Signed out and in again multiple times, rebooted. Not a huge deal as I have a spare phone with WhatsApp (way better).
