Are iOS 16 Lock Screens saved in iCloud backups?

If I upgrade my iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 14, will the Lock Screens I've created in iOS 16 on my iPhone 11 be transferred to the iPhone 14 when I set up the new phone via my iCloud backup?

Not sure if it helps but it did for me from 13 pro to 14 pro using quick start transfer.
Quick start is much more efficient and quick imo.

yes mine came over when I upgraded my phone.
