I don't think that would benefit Apple so much...

Making Apple maps didn't benefit Apple much. Was kind of a disaster for Apple. But they still did it. Long term I think it's in their interests. Distance themselves from Google. And using Bing will accomplish this also.

Even if they wanted it to be perfect, you shouldn't have to type that in.
