are my two major 8.2 problems fixed in 8.3 ?

For my point of view there are two major problems in 8.2 :

- the exchange mail push delays, some time it works, other time the mail only show if you launch the mail app. No way to rely on this IOS for support functions.

- WiFi performance is severely degraded, the usual 20meg/s can frequently slow down to 1 meg/s ( the wifried syndrome "https://medium.com/@mariociabarra/wifried-ios-8-wifi-performance-issues-3029a164ce94" )

There are a lot of other issues in IOS 8 but for me these two are deal breakers. Are they fixed in IOS 8.3 ?

Don't know, because I'm not experiencing any of those.

Not for wifried. I am still having dead wifi issue: connected to wifi just fine and network traffic flowing great and then suddenly.... No data being transferred. Had to turn off / on wifi. Tested with Apple Extreme, Apple Time Capsule and Asus router.
