Hmm, that sucks. I know 8GB won't be enough in a long run, but I'd rather upgrade SSD size...
 
The general rule for Apple computers these days if your computer must last more than a couple of years: buy the max RAM available, even if it stretches your budget a little bit.
 
I have Macs with 256gb and with iTunes backup automatically dumped on the main HDD, I was getting sick of running out of space. Yeah, it'll be a touch decision to pick between more SSD and more RAM. I may end up waiting for non-Pro version for cheaper options.
