Very weird. The "phone' is held together with tape or something. Let's hope he is wearing some clothes and someone doesn't spot a reflection of his body.

I think that's a stylus

oh lordy, think we can look forward to some negative feedback,IF the winner has half a brain cell to realise its fake lol

Yeah! buyer is about to learn an expensive lesson.

These days Ebay sides with the buyer every time. All they have to do is open a claim and send the phone back and they will get a refund. My friend sold a zune in perfect working condition to someone over Ebay and 20 days later the guy opens a case and says it's not working (clearly the buyer broke it), ebay refunded his money upon him sending the zune back and my friend ended up with 0 cash and a broken Zune.

I'm getting a bit of topic but couldn't your friend fought the claim by the buyer. I once had a similar problem and beat the buyer.

maybe its just me but i buy stuff online almost as frequent as in stores but when i buy something online its something ive held in my hands and typically know about the item very well before i make the purchase, i know some fakes are hard to tell but that was clearly not an iphone

I actually found this same phone on Craig's List. Its a dual-sim "iPhone". The seller said he got it on his recent trip to China, the person whom he got it from claimed that its an exact copy of the soon-to-be iPhone 5. Not sure how credible that is but very interesting! :)

Lmfao...

Is there a way we can like neg reputation this guy into oblivion? That 97% just isn't horrible enough....:mad:

The thing was his history was quite reasonable and it was out of character and thought they might have a rational explanation, so I emailed him and asked them to post on this forum. I regret to say that no response has been received.

Yeah I noticed but 1 negative remark may not bring him down is my point....

This is what happens when you drop out of school..................
