iPad are stock wallpapers missing?

Hey all,

I bought a new ipad air 2 a couple weeks back, and am curious if apple eliminates some of the wallpapers on the ipad, that are present on the iphone / ipod touch installs of ios 9.

The stock install works fine, and doesn't seem to have any issues, but certain wallpapers like the orange leaves and the blue / green leaves aren't present on the ipad but are on the iphone.

Was only asking in case i might need to do a restore and clean install of ios, if something was wrong with the stodck install that shipped with the ipad.

Nothing is wrong or missing due to any issue. It's just some wallpapers are iPhone/iPod only and don't offer an iPad resolution/aspect ratio version.

Thank you for your response, I had thought the same thing, but didn't think it was a bad idea just to double check. This is my first iPad over owning only an iPhone, so getting used to iOS on a different platform and resolution. Overall it's been a great experience. I'm using my iPod touch to beta test iOS 9.3 and looking forward to putting the stable version on the iPhone and iPad for night reading.

This has bugged me for a while now. Those wallpapers were available on iPads on iOS 9.0, so it's not like they were never there. Then Apple just removed them. I liked the blue feather one, but when I search for it on Google, I can't find one with the right resolution or aspect ratio.
