iPhone Are the Emoji packs for Bytafont safe to use now?

i know they used to be buggy. But I'm on 8.4 so I can't see some of the iOS 9.x fonts. But I saw a repo (poomsmart.github.io/repo) says there's a working iOS 9 font pack that works with 8.4.
Just wondering if these are safe to try? Last thing I wanna do is end up stuck on 9.3.2 just so I can try something I could've asked first lol.

Is this the way of getting the newer iPhone emojis for jailbreak? I'm on 9.0.2 and I've been wanting them...instead of seeing the question mark box each time someone sends me an emoji.
