(1) The listing on Ebay says it is an original Apple band, not a knockoff. Now - whether the lister is being truthful.....
(2) The problem with Ebay and Amazon listings for the third-party knockoffs is they generally use the Apple photos, so you can't tell the difference by looking at the listings. The most obvious is the Sport Loop Band pictures, where in reality they are obviously thinner than the Apple versions and the way the velcro is put on the backs is not as well done as Apple's original versions. But again, you can't tell from the pics.

More importantly, that seller has zero feedback whatsoever. It's more important to review the sellers feedback and history to have an established history with selling Products. If something doesn't seem right, it probably isn't.
 
Plus if you look at the black/gray Nike bands he is selling the clasp is stainless steel color when the real bands have the space black color clasp.
