The newer iPads are unbelievably thin, I was wondering if anyone knows if they are 7000 series aluminum, like the iPhone 6s/7. I'm not too concerned about them bending, I'm just curious :)

I don't have any concrete information about it, but I'm guessing that Apple would have promoted the "feature" if it indeed was 7000 series.

I attempted to research this. There was no concrete information confirming what type of aluminum Apple uses on the Pro model. I highly doubt Apple Used the 7000 Series aluminum, mainly because its a heavier from my understanding.

The iPhone 6s/7 and Apple Watch Sport all use the 7000 Series aluminum.
