I want to demo the resolution of the iPad Pro to my friends. I know I could download some 4k video onto the device itself but it's just so much easier to stream. Are there any apps that will stream 4k? I know youtube won't on iOS for example.

i doubt there would be any. since even iPad pro doesn't have 4k display, there's no point to enable 4k streaming on iOS devices.you simply won't benefit from it

But that's not true is it! The display has double the number of rows approximately than a 1080p display. So while it isn't a 4K display, it would still benefit with more pixel information than an HD stream!

no.... it will at most benefit from 1440k or 2k at most. 4k is just a waste for this display
