Are there any official Macbook sales figures?

I've not seen any nor do I know anyone who has bought one, so I'm intrigued how they've been selling. Are there any figures?

Apple doesn't give out breakdown of sales - they just say they sold xxx Macs in this quarter.
But they seem to be selling well judging by the wait time on orders.
