Are there any particular issues with running iOS9 on an iPad 4?

Any slowdowns, show-stopping issues, etc.? Does the iPad 4 generally chug along on iOS9 like how it has done on iOS 8?
 
Works very well on mine. After the update I left it to index overnight, and I did a few shut downs. Has been very smooth since then.
