Are there any working jailbreaks for 3.1.3 ??

I am sure this has been answered many thousand times over, but is there any legitimate way to jailbreak a 3.1.3 regular 3G phone right now without any fuss?

I would just like to use PDA Net

It does say that it only works with the old bootrom.
I know nobody really likes sn0wbreeze... but as a jailbreak, does it work?

If he wants to get it officially unlocked he'll have to contact the carrier thats locked to for details.

Doesnt sn0wbreeze allow you to not update the baseband? So you can still keep your unlock from 3.1.2, and use a custom ipsw to jailbreak to 3.1.3.... right??

Yes, only if you're JB already on 3.1.2 and dont have a tethered JB.
Pwnage tool also does the same but its an alot better JB.

Some international carriers will unlock a device for a fee or after your contract has be fulfilled.
AT&T will not.
