Delicious Library has a very similar interface but I'm not aware of any program that offers a built in reader.

Calibri is not pretty, but offers you a good book management system and can open most ebook formats.

Ok, I'm using a trial version of Delicious Library 2 and when I import an e-book, it loads a bunch of files on the shelf? What is up with that?

It's Calibre, not Calibri. Check here: http://calibre-ebook.com/
