I'm currently using an iPhone 12 and I want a 120 hz screen so bad but damn the iPhone 13 pro already costs 1150 eur here in Germany, I'm hoping that it will get discounted around Black Friday, but around which price? I'm willing to pay no more than 900 our for it, do you think it sounds plausible?

Don’t think so. Also it is known that Black Friday doesn’t always have the best deals.

You best bet is to either get it with a carrier for cheap or next to nothing probably have to sign up for plan though. Or pay it with a CC to absorb the cost. Or you can buy refurbished, with a friend/family with military discount you can her an extra 10% off. Lastly, you can always find a friend who is a apple employee they get good discount on apple products.

I got an iPhone 13 Pro on Black Friday at Walmart last year.
A $1,000 128G phone cost me $700 (a $300.00 Walmart gift card was included with the phone as the discount).
I think that was a GREAT deal! :D

You didn't have to sing up for a new line or anything?

No.
Just a new plan for 5G which was only for 60 days at my option, to leave and go to another carrier if I wanted to.

Apple is not known for having good Black Friday deals, if any. You’d be better off checking for deals from your local retailers or carriers. Also, the 13 Pro should drop in price after the 14 is released next month. Refurbished ones are definitely a good option too. They come with a new battery and look brand new.

Similar to Splitrail, I got my XS during Black Friday 2018 at Walmart and got a $300 gift card. Didn’t have to change plans or anything.

Last year, my carrier had crazy trade-in deals, so I bought 6S for $30 and traded it in for $600 towards the 13. Now I have the XS as a spare, or to trade-in in the future.

I will keep my eyes opened to see if amazon, mediamarkt or saturn offer good deals, I had forgotten how bad apple‘s deals are :/
