Are there "line up guides" (the blue lines in iWeb) in Fireworks 8?

Hi guys,

When I was using iWeb, it had blue lines that help you line up objects, and they were a gift from heaven. Now I am using Fireworks for web layout design, and I haven't found such a thing. The closest thing is to using the Grid, which is annoying.

Is there a "line up guide" function in Fireworks?

not really you can snap to grid i think

Can you not activate rulers and then click and drag one out from the sides like all other creative suit apps?
