I'm about to order a new MP and would like to upgrade to the wireless mouse and KB.

In reading other user experiences of the past, there seemed to be ongoing problems with bluetooth and especially with the roller ball gunking up with time.

Has Apple addressed and fixed this or does it continue? I certainly don't need to deal with that.

If still a problem, is there 3rd party recommendations?

Also don't like giving up the 10-key w/ the wireless. Suggestions?

Currently have wireless Logitech USB 1.0 that are obviously very long in the tooth.

Any help here will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

nah, they haven't fixed the scrollball issue. I gave up on the Mighty Mouse a long time ago and switched to the Logitech VX Revolution. Best mouse I've ever owned, hands down.

Exactly! My wireless mighty mouse just gave up on me today, and this time it seems like it's for real. Scroll ball will not scroll down, so I've decided to pick up a VX Revolution the next time I'm at work.
