are these adobe files important?

I am thinking this is just bloatware/crap from Adobe, but just wanting to make sure. Deleting this will not affect Ps, Lr, or any other cs6 programs negatively will it? Two of them are uninstaller programs for Ps and Lr. It would be ok to delete because I'm never going to delete the programs?

I looked in the file locations and it doesn't seem to be anything important but I just want to be sure.

I wouldn't personally remove them - how much space you talking about? You or Adobe may need the Setup applications or the licutil. Why take a chance on messing up your installation.

If you do proceed, make sure you have a current backup so that you can pull them back if you need too.
