deadworlds macrumors 65816 Feb 2, 2019 #3 About 2000rpm is the fans idle speeds, so when your computer is not working hard the slowest the fans will spin is 2000rpm. No need to worry. The computer will raise and lower the speeds based on the temperature of the CPU/GPU. Reactions: SDColorado
