Are these fan speeds normal for these temps. the Mac is an i9/V20/1tb/32gb.

Thanks fro any advice!

About 2000rpm is the fans idle speeds, so when your computer is not working hard the slowest the fans will spin is 2000rpm.

No need to worry.

The computer will raise and lower the speeds based on the temperature of the CPU/GPU.

They look fine to me, the temps aren't overly high and the fans are going as they should be.
 
Mine are a little lower than that when idle/light browsing. Between 2000-2100. But those aren’t in any way alarming.
