Are These Good Speeds?

I have a rMBP with a 256gb Samsung SSD. I just ran Black Magic although I know nothing about read/write speeds. Are these good speeds?

Yeah you're within range with other 15" rMBP owners. And yes those are good speeds.

Actually OWC rMBP 480gb replacement goes up to 550mb/s, as fast as Samsung 840 Pro (allegedly the fastest SSD at this moment)

Oh, I thought you meant "others" as in non-retina drives (there's only two anyway)

I think he means that 2013 refresh models might get updated or faster SSD's compared to 2012 models.

That's the least of rMBP concerns imo... SSD is super fine.

Same. I believe there are better things to upgrade.
But the OP seems to want faster drives on the 2013 models.
In fact they are fast enough and most people wont know the difference between these and faster drives lol
