Are these iPad chargers real?

I want to get an official iPad charger for my iPhone so it charges fast. They're 50 bucks on the Apple Store which is CRAZY!

I found these - they're all over eBay branded as "Official OEM" chargers for 8-11 dollars. Are they real?

They are $19 from Apple.

I also highly recommend the Anker chargers. I find they make quality stuff at reasonable prices. Their lightning cables in particular are high quality.
