Are these Mac Streetfighter V game downloads a scam?

I was doing a search to see what I could play on Mac at the weekend and saw this:

Streetfighter V for Mac, and not just on that website, on another similar Mac gaming site. Guessing there's a bunch of them out there.

Is it a virus or scam?

Or is it some hacked version that's emulated for Mac. Any ideas?

It's a scam. It will probably download a malware or try to steal some credit card info.

Yea just remember companies like EA/ koei/ capcom/ Bandai won’t give a **** to macOS EVER, you see that there’s a pattern of these companies

use your time and money to support developer that’s worth it, btw , HADES just released on macOS
