Are those non touch mbp 13” sold in store 2018?

Are those 13” non touch mbp currently sold in Apple store 2017 or 2018?

IIRC, Apple did not update the non-touchbar 13-inch, so would be 2017 models (and the older model keyboard, too)

Considering the Non-TB are dual core and the new ones are quad core, I'd seriously consider the TB version (even if you never use the TB)
