iOS Are we allowed to share iPad SDK info?

I know that it's NDA protected but many popular sites (including this one) are sharing the SDK/Simulator info, is this allowed or apple doesn't really care?

Did you read the iPhone Standard Agreement? Did you click "agree"? Do you care? (Many other people do care.)

And did you check Apple's beta developer forums?
