Other Are we going to get a 1 month grace on the IUP plan

I highly doubt it. I called citizenone and they told me I had to pay the 12th month.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on that one. The upgrade program advertises that you get a new phone once per year. So wouldn’t be surprised if you have to wait until October.

Not a chance, it's 12 months payments, they've done it before where they are late then on time, but you gotta pay.

Called this morning and was told the same, so I went ahead and made the payment. Rather get it over now. Just waiting for pre-approvals to open.

Nope. You’ll be making the 12th payment if you plan to upgrade.

If you go into the Apple Store App, you’ll see the amount you’ll have to pay to upgrade.

Not accurate. You had to pay the 12th payment moving from X to XS.

I made the 12th payment and the Apple app is saying I still owe them that last payment. Does anyone know how long it takes for Apple to see we are upgrade eligible?
