Am I the only one getting "phantom" apple watch?
I was in the shower and I felt something on my wrist...(yes most likely water) but my brain said tap, haptic, alert, look and I did.
I actually wondered where my watch was for a second.

Yes, it was early, no I don't hear voices. No, this isn't the first time I looked at a naked wrist not realizing my watch wasn't there.

Please say I'm not alone.
I have that on my wrist and in my pocket where my iPhone sits.

I wore a watch religiously about 20 years ago, but then just kind of stopped. I purchased the Apple Watch, but really couldn't get used to having something on my wrist all the time, so I sent it back. Recently, I picked up a Fitbit Charge HR and have been using it for my workouts as well as daily wear. Have to admit I am getting used to having a watch now. Probably didn't give the Apple Watch enough time. Might have to revisit it. :)

I wore a watch when I was younger but stopped about four years ago when our son was born. They were getting banged up so I began to rely on my iPhone to tell the time. Now that I've got my watch I appreciate not having to pull out my phone just to check the time. The notifications and step tracking are a big plus for me. So even if this watch gets banged up I'll continue to wear it from the time I wake up until I go to bed.

I've been wear bracelets, wraps, bangles, rings and watches for the past 10 year. Just about 5 months ago my beloved Nixon black watch died and I just never got around to changing the battery, but now that I have a AW, it totally blows all my other accessories away!

I have always worn a watch amongst other jewellery. I love bling. So wearing the Apple watch was second nature. I think that its been a hard transition for some guys who have never worn a watch before and are having trouble getting used to having a piece of metal strapped their wrist or failing to see the additional functionality that a smart watch brings to the wrist.
