It seems like I'm more awake at night... I did take a nap earlier, but whenever night rolls around, I'm just stay awake. During the day, even if I've had a full night's sleep get tired and sleepy. Unless I'm on a strict schedule of waking up in the morning, once that schedule doesn't require me to wake up I stay up late and later every night. Makes me think I wasn't built for this world of getting up with the sun. I wouldn't mind waking up early but unless I have a regular sleep schedule, it really messes with my stomach. I hate that. So, are you a night or morning person?
