XD I just brought up this topic because I've been the person to go to about a broken iPod for the last 2 and a half years, just recently I realized how many people would come to me. No body seems to realize how to use their Apple Warranty when the bass goes out in their headphones or the iPod will no-longer turn on. I've gotten about 20+ iPods replaced to date and countless headphones.

Are you like that with your friends? Does your instant messenger and/or phone line get an occasional "My iPod died, what do I do?" phone call. And then you go through the list of support questions and trouble shooting steps.

yes of course, I am the geek in my grade. If there's a problem with it, my friendgirls will call me up, saying " OMG my iPod died and i don't know what to do help me please please please!!!" and they're hysterical. Usually, a reset sets them happy again. Which means props for me.

i'm more of a mac (rumor) specialist...

"when's the iphone coming out?"

"should i buy a MB now or wait a little?"

The Apple headphones I have got have all broken over and over so soon I'm just gonna buy some proper good ones. Shame though I will miss the white headphones :(.

i totally like n5000 is hilarious but also annoying when people call you up or when your sitting at the genius bar and people complain that there ipods are broken when all you have to do is reset them.

I have it happen all the time. Everyone always IMs me to help with their iPod or MacBook to figure out what's going on or to set up to get it fixed/replaced.
