XD I just brought up this topic because I've been the person to go to about a broken iPod for the last 2 and a half years, just recently I realized how many people would come to me. No body seems to realize how to use their Apple Warranty when the bass goes out in their headphones or the iPod will no-longer turn on. I've gotten about 20+ iPods replaced to date and countless headphones. Are you like that with your friends? Does your instant messenger and/or phone line get an occasional "My iPod died, what do I do?" phone call. And then you go through the list of support questions and trouble shooting steps.
