Im soooo Glad almost everyone is saying 32GB, this way I have an easier time getting the 16GB version.

Im not big on apps, and I only really use my storage for music and pictures taken with the iphone.

So 16GB is fine for me.

Edit: Also until Apple allows for you to drag and drop files (movies), I personally have no need for more than 16GB. I ifnd it too cumbersome using itunes for Movies.

Handbrake is your friend. It's free and stupid simple to use. Just encode and add the file to iTunes. Not way that is cumbersome.

I agree Handbrake is great. Another option which means you don't have to wait for the conversion to complete is to get an app like VLC. That is my preferred option now.

I wished they offered the C in 64gb for 299. I can't go back down to 32gb!

I really like the blue iPhoneC

I plan on getting the 5s in 32 gb. However, if I get to the store that morning and they tell me all they have is 64 gb, then I'll take it. I just know that I really don't want 16gb. That's just not enough for me and the whole point for upgrading from the 5 to the 5s is that I wanted more storage.

I'll reluctantly go with the 32GB. The 16GB simply isn't enough storage for me and I can't justify the pricetag on the 64GB.

Sad that this will now be the 3rd generation with the same base storage configurations and pricing.

At least Apple's competitors have either more storage or accept cards.

Leaning towards 32GB. While a 64GB would be nice, it's hard to stomach the idea of paying over $900 after taxes for a phone.

Plus I have:
iTunes Match
75GB of Dropbox storage
Unlimited data

To help cut down on memory usage.

How would it cost that much? Are you just buying it off-contract?

I'll probably end up getting 32gb. I have a lot of music, so I could probably use 64gb. But I use Spotify, and I don't have to have all of my music on the device any way.

64gb for me. Would've went 128 but sadly not available. oh wells. As to which colour.... i have no idea lol

I always go for the base model storage, so I'll be getting 16GB again. I never run out of space so it will be fine for me.

64GB (because there's no 128GB option)

I will be going for the 64GB option, on a 2 year contract.

At the start of each contract I always think I will have much more memory than I need. By the end of the contract, I am always struggling. I keep on buying more music and apps, and I keep on taking more photos.

I'm going 64. I have kids and take tons of video... plus I have tons of music. And with 64, I can load a movie or two to watch on trips.

Was going to get the 64 because I have about 40gigs of music, but it dawned on me that I only listen to music via Spotify now and have iTunes Match so I have no need to physically have all my music on my phone. So 32 it is.

I'm in the same boat here.

The only thing that draws me to the 64gb now is resale value.

I always get the highest capacity available as no matter what I get I always seem to run out of space. If they had a 128GB option I would get that.

64 offer peace of mind. I dont want to worry about hoarding data and having to delete it. If i want to put an entire series on my phone for a trip I have the ability to (or atleast most of it). Plus its easier to usually find on launch day.

Will be getting the 32GB in either white or gold. It's nice to have a 64GB but then I upgrade my phone every year so I don't know if I want to invest in a 64GB phone. The resale value on the lower capacity is higher, and I've had the 32GB since the iPhone 3GS. And with iTunes Match, it's more than enough for me.

Although if I start to take a lot of burst photos, then 32GB might not be enough :D

We've always gone with 16g and will likely stay with it. We don't d/l many apps and we have unlimited AT&T so other than d/l'ing essential music we stream our content.

64 gig for me. That is what I have on my 4s.

Always go with the most you can afford.

Yep. I definitely wanted the 5C, not the 5S this time, and I'm sort of annoyed there's no 64GB option. I'm used to 64GB on the phones even though I know I can just throw the iPod touch into my handbag too and so still have the extra movies or whatever on hand.

However, it is how it is. There just better not be a mid-cycle bump to 64GB for the 5C phone. I don't think that will happen (for a lot of reasons mostly having to do with not nipping into the 5S market), but it did cross my mind as I was hitting the 32GB button on my 5C order. See I was ticked off after I upgraded my iPad, taking the 64GB last year, and then in February, boom came the option for 128GB. :(  I mean I would have taken that 128GB option in a heartbeat had it been available when I upgraded.
