What's to be disappointed with? It's faster than the already fast 2011 models, has new options for BTO, and thinner/lighter.

Yes, I’m definitely disappointed so far from what I have heard and seen for specs and stuff.
Have always been a Mac user but now w/ the direction of the iMac is heading, not too sure anymore. Thinking of switching but I just hate Windows.
Some of the All-In-One PC out there are very tempting. This one looks great, same for the Vizio one!

Maybe someone can add more All In One options and their reviews?

I love the new forum users that just come in and spam, windows, asus, and all the other junkers.

Apple will give me £390 for my 2010 i3 3.06 21.5" iMac. Tempted to trade it in and get the new iMac. mmmmm

Ok

This is a Macforum so you'll have to wait a lot of complaints on Windows but the fact is that your computer will look like this in the future with touch screen and that you can choose if you want a keyboard entry. So Windows is on the right track just before the Mac OS. Its a small intermediate position now but soon its fully.

who needs a superdrive?

as far as touchscreen, yeah, no thanks. For tablets and phones ok, but for extended computer work its just a major pain in the ass. And that ASUS is ridiculous looking.

There are lots of options if you don't include OSX. Not really the point though if you want a non hackintosh Mac.

The GPU in that is worse than the one in the cheapest iMac, just like most other all in ones.

that is what gets me, why would I want this Asus or some other AIO machine out there when their specs are almost always worse.
