Lucky you, for $5 more you got unlimited.

I think for the amount of time you will need to tether 2gb should be fine. WiFi is everywhere so it's not like you need to tether everywhere. Just nice to have and not have to pay AT&T for additional data for the iPad or anything else?

Of course I will. 🙂

3G Unrestrictor
iProtect
iBlacklist
iFile & Terminal
Status Notifier
MyWifi

and several more jb apps.

It's not the question of "if" for me. The real question is - how long will we have to wait for jailbreak.

Never have before but now because

only reason I will need to jb is for tethering, so if it is available I will do so only then

AT&T thinks it is a smart idea to charge me $20 to tether to use data I have already paid for.

I will use tethering a little during a month while traveling but the thought of paying AT&T $240 to tether pisses me off.

I have many reasons to jb but I would jb just to use irealquicksms or something similar. With the amount of texting I do there's no way I'm going to unlock my phone and go into the sms app every single time I have to reply to a text. Plus I love sbsettings, mywi and lockinfo so I'll definitely be jailbreaking.

Than just jailbreak!!

Absooo LUTELY!

I will leave it unjailbroken for a solid month tho, to get my feet wet, then once geohot or some group releases a stable JB (looking at blackra1n right now) then I will Jailbreak!

Yes. Definitely, for three reasons:

1. iRealSMS: This is the way to do SMS on the iPhone
2. MyWy: 'Nuff Said
3. Lockscreen Info: I hope someday Apple does it like this. Not a fan of widgets, I prefer how Lockscreen handles it all.
