Might wanna plug your phone in while you're sleeping :D

also turn off the cellular data thing for auto updates

And/or don't use automatic updates and do it all at your own pace via the App Store (at least in the early days of iOS 7).

Can't wait. How early do you think we will see them come through. I don't think many will post till the 18th. No need to rush before the general public can get their hands on it, unless you are putting it out there for some testing...which I would assume has already been competed.

It's the 10th, so we should see the early adopters launching tomorrow, with a tidal wave around the 15th.

It depends on Apple's approval speed. I'm sure many developers have been done with their updates for weeks, but they couldn't be submitted til today.

I hope so! I am more excited about app updates than I was about the keynote today. I am stuck with my 5 till next year...so this is going to hold my interest over at least through the launch of the 5S.

Agreed. I'm thinking we will start to see the apps that were briefly shown in that image during the keynote to be the first of the bunch. Twitter, Facebook, Yelp...just to name a few.

I'm so ready for apps to move to the ios7 keyboard and also for apps to take advantage of all the new APIs in ios7. So bring on the updates!

hopefully the iWork apps will be updated to match the iOS 7 design? they didnt look like it during the keynote tho :\

and shouldnt iBooks be getting the flat design with no book shelf look?

Will people on iOS 6 no longer be able to install apps when they are updated for iOS 7? Or will the App Store simply offer the last iOS 6 compatible version?

Or will apps work on both?

What would a flat Instagram icon look like
Searched iOS 7 Instagram icon up in google this is what came up:

I'm more than ready, it's the main reason I'm staying with iOS 7. Can't wait for the physics, animation, new looks (hopefully done better than Apple's), and fun.

it'll work on both, with the old design on iOS 6 and the new design on iOS 7 probably.
