Yes, I'm obsessed with icons as well. I keep a ton of them and change them about as often as I change my wallpaper, which is at least daily.

Now let me tell you, some are already in the proper format.. some are not (the ones I have used are of course.. but I collect them faster than I can use them so.. in order to transfer the file format on ones not already done use this free software

I used to be more obsessed with changing/altering my icons years ago but I've grown tired of it. Only recently has that desire reappeared.
I have a lot of icons I've collected over the years, but don't change mine very often. Once I've found the ones I like best I tend to keep them.
I do have over 300 desktop pictures that cycle every minute. It's so hard to just pick one or two, but if I had to, it would be these.

I do alot manually but I use candybar from time to time too!
I have collected a ridiculous amount of icons
I will get a pic of the black/blue colts theme I did for my husbands macbook!
I am so excited to change for xmas
BEAUTIFUL! I don't auto change mine, but I have a few thousand images I like for backgrounds and change it every few days
