When I picked up my 8 plus in early December, I told myself it was just temporary until I could get my hands on an X Plus. I’m honestly so happy with my phone that I’d be shocked if I don’t keep it for the next few years. I came from the galaxy s8+, so I have seen what a nicely calibrated oled screen looks like. It’s cool, but I don’t watch long videos on my phone or do any VR, so it’s really not a must have feature for me.

The X Plus will allegedly be a 6.5” slim bezel phone. Nice, but I used a note 8 for a while, so I’ve already experienced the form factor for the most part. Don’t get me wrong I would trade my 8 plus for an x plus straight up, but I’m not going to pay hundreds of dollars more to get a bigger and higher resolution screen. The speed differences and camera improvements will most likely be minor compared to the huge bump in resolution. The x Plus will be the best iPhone ever made for big phone lovers, but it lacks any must have features that I’m waiting for. Hopefully what I want is ready by 2020 or 2021.

I'm interested in the sense that I'm intrigued to see what phones they release and what the new features/designs will be.

However, based on rumors so far, I don't think I'm actually interested in getting any of the new rumored models and will probably stick with my X. I'm also not as excited as I have been in years past for the upcoming announcement. So for those reasons, I voted "no".

I think partially that’s because tech (Hardware included) is so good and it’s becoming redundant where others are not excited as they used to be, because we have reached a certain peak with new “Features”, aside from Face ID. And I think the rising cost of smart phones are making consumers think twice before they decide if they want to upgrade annually.

1/ I think apple has something special that make people will buy new iphone 2018 >> just like every S version , ( 1 Things cool )

2/ Iphone is monthly payment 20-30$ per month now , so people can buy and less concern about big bill

3/ New Color = strong weapon apple always used on new model

To me ,,, iphone is highest level now ,love what i have .....

Don't expect a new iPhone at WWDC, other than maybe an SE with minor spec improvements (though even that is unlikely). I am looking forward to the iPhone X Plus later this year, though.

Looking forward to the new iPhone in September that will debut at a lower cost than the X did last year. Thus dropping the price of the X and making it a great buy in a few months. Phones will sell like hot cakes this year. Make sure you’ve got Apple stock loaded up soon, and get ready to sell late in 2018.

no new iphones tomorrow, that's in september.

Since the X was billed as "the iPhone of the future", everything eventually will need to catch up to it. No more radical changes I suspect for iPhone for several more years.

I'm just one of those who don't always need the latest and the greatest. Sticking with my iPhone 7 as long as it continues to work for me and is acceptably speedy enough for what I need it to do, I will continue to hang onto it.

I’m on the fence this year. I don’t need a new phone. My 7 still works just fine. Just gonna have to wait till September and see how I feel then but I have a feeling I will take a new one home this year.

Almost unbelievable recycle/trade in offers available in these modern times.

Existing iPad Pro 10.5 64gb -1year into 2 year contract-3rd party recycle offer-cost to me £91 if I wanted to either upgrade ipad or switch provider.
IPhone 8 2 months into 24 month contract -3rd party recycle offer-cost to me $166 if I wanted to either upgrade iPhone 8 or switch provider.

The point I'm trying to make is, choice of products are becoming readily made available even if I have recently made a purchase -Tech heaven.
Let's hope it continues until 2nd gen SE

Gumtree, a girl bought it didn't like it went back to her S8.

I find this interesting.....did she explain why she chose to sell her 2-day old phone at half price rather than return it for a full refund?

Hardware most likely faster but not new
IOS 12 downloadable on iOS 11 iPhones
So what’s the big come on ?? AR maybe
Let’s wait till after meeting to make a decision

You can’t in Australia if bought from a retailer once opened, only from Apple.
